Birds Island

Board a kayak and take a short trip to Birds Island, home to more than 400 specie of birds, 35 of them endemic and 20 migratory that arrive from October to March. The three islands of Mazatlan are considered one of the most iconic symbols of the region. The islands were named according to the main species that inhabit or once inhabited them: birds, deer, and wolves. If you like to enjoy nature, this tour is for you! On Birds Island you can observe several species of birds such as: White-Winged Pijite, Red-Billed Rabijunco, Brown Booby, Brown Pelican, Brown Heron and Blue-Footed Booby, among several others, as well as snorkel in the crystal clear waters!
